PPD Holdings is pleased to announce a recent investment in The Crest at Laurelwood, a 272-unit Class A apartment community located in Woodstock, Georgia. This $28 million project will have direct access to Greenprints Trail, which provides connectivity to downtown Woodstock and multiple area parks. Woodstock has seen a 72% increase in population from 2000 – 2010, which makes it an attractive area in which to invest.
