PPD Holdings and The Residential Group entered into a joint venture partnership with Edge Principal Advisors to begin development of West End Village in Nashville, Tennessee. Construction financing was approved by BBVA Compass Bank and the project has officially broken ground. Leasing is expected to begin in the summer of 2013.
